How do we use a wind bell?

We often hung it under the eaves of a roof.
When we hear the tinkle, we feel of coolness in the hot summer.

I usually hung it inside the house by a window.
Because my wind bell is made of pottery, so it will break if it falls.
That’s my favorite one that I bought at Tokyo Disneyland!
